Charlie Velazquez grew up in Belle Glade, Florida. Since a young child, Charlie was passionate about teaching and uplifting the youth. This passion would eventually coincide with a love for basketball he developed later as a teenager. He found basketball late, and would be considered a late bloomer by most. Against all odds, Charlie relentlessly pursued his dream of playing college basketball which led to him earning scholarships to play at Hillsborough Community College (Juco) and then Emmanuel College (NCAA D2). He went on to graduate and receive his Bachelor’s degree from Emmanuel. At Emmanuel, he was a part of the program’s first ever Conference Carolinas Championship and school’s first appearance at the NCAA Division 2 Tournament.
During his playing career, Charlie was provided an opportunity to intern at Process Basketball Training Company entering his sophomore year of college. This opportunity allowed him to experience his true gift and life calling - developing players and people. Shortly after graduating, Charlie accepted a job position as a Skills Coach with Process Basketball.
Under the tutelage and mentorship of Akii Dean, he was able learn exactly what it takes to have a successful training business and learn the science to skill acquisition and skill development. During that time, he trained numerous NBA/Professional players, college players, top high school prospects, and youth players. He worked faithfully with Process for over 2 and half years and was able to help make an impact on hundreds of lives in the Tallahassee area.
In the start of 2022, Charlie felt led to move back to South Florida (Boca Raton area) and start his own branch - Process Driven Hoops. His main goal is to continue impacting the lives of the players he works with by developing real relationships with them and helping them reach their fullest potential on and off the court. His passion for the youth is always on display and strives to teach life through basketball.

Growing up in the Philadelphia area and later moving to Jacksonville, FL, Jack Morrow developed a passion for basketball from an early age. Unfortunately, his playing career was cut short by an injury, prompting him to turn to training as a way to stay connected to the game he loves.
He began training local players during his high school days, but his formal training journey took off in Gainesville, FL. From 2018 to 2020, he worked with youth, high school, and professional players.
This experience ignited his coaching fervor, leading Coach Jack to a varsity high school basketball coaching role. In late 2020, he transitioned to Tallahassee, where he spent two years honing his skills with a well-established player development company.
In 2022, Coach Jack departed Tallahassee to take on a management position with Process Driven Hoops. His role involved spearheading the launch of their South Florida headquarters. Presently, he serves as the Head Skills Trainer at Process Driven Hoops, overseeing the new Jacksonville branch in Florida.
Coach Jack's coaching expertise spans a wide spectrum, including NBA players, overseas pros, college athletes, and young athletes. This diverse experience has honed his coaching style, one that adapts to individual needs while emphasizing personal growth in both players' skills and character.
From beginners to seasoned pros, Coach Jack extends an invitation to join him on the court.
Together, the aim is to elevate basketball skills and foster a success-oriented mindset that transcends the game and resonates in life.
