Communication & Expectations Section
We totally understand that calling can feel like the quickest way to get answers. As a small business, our goal is to provide the best experience possible to every player and family we work with. That means being able to respond quickly, stay organized, and make sure no one gets missed.
We now have a dedicated phone number available for initial client intake and first-time inquiries only. After that first call, all ongoing communication will happen through email.
Using email allows us to stay on top of communication, keep everything in one place, and give thoughtful, timely responses. Phone calls and text messages make it harder for our small team to manage follow-ups and deliver the consistent service our #ProcessFAMILY deserves.
We appreciate your understanding and support as we grow. Email helps us serve you better and that’s what matters most to us.
As a small business, our goal is to give every person the attention, consistency, and follow-up they deserve. The truth is, phone calls and text messages make that really difficult for our team to manage as we grow.
Email allows us to:
With a high volume of families reaching out, email is the most reliable and efficient way for us to stay connected and follow up properly. It also gives us space to provide better customer service without the pressure of answering calls or juggling scattered texts throughout the day.
We know this might be different from what you're used to, but we truly believe it's the best way for us to support our #ProcessFAMILY with clarity, consistency, and care.
Our training philosophy blends high-quality, detailed reps, along with various small-sided games to expedite skill development, IQ, confidence and game transfer. We emphasize a "deep-practice" approach and encourage our players to make mistakes during training sessions. We also incorporate visual learning and feedback by showing players exactly what we will be learning through film and recording reps so that they can "see" what they are doing.
We TEACH the WHAT, HOW, WHY to every move, concept, or skill-quality that we are working on!
More importantly, your child will feel truly cared and loved throughout their training session(s). We provide a family environment where learning is fun and players can thrive.
Encouragement and life skills that are bigger than basketball.
Here’s a sneak peak:
It’s about the life journey. The process is where the growth happens, and we’re here to help you grow as both a player and a person.
Here’s everything you need to come prepared:
Let's have some fun!
Yes, parents are more than welcome to stay and watch. Some choose to stay for the full session, while many drop off their child and either wait in the car or run errands. It’s completely up to you and what works best for your schedule.
Just a quick heads-up - our new gym space does not have built-in bleachers or formal seating. If you do decide to stay, please know that seating may be limited.
We’re always happy to have parents observe and be part of the process in whatever way feels right for you!
No, we do not. We are a basketball skill development company focused on group and individual training only. While our group sessions include competition and small-sided games, we do not offer league play, travel teams, or full regulation games.
No, we’re not a summer camp. Our heart is in year-round skill development, where we focus on building your child’s game and character through consistent, meaningful training.
While we do occasionally host camps, it’s not our primary focus. Our goal is to serve families with high-quality, intentional training, not just short bursts of activity.
If we do run a camp, we’ll be sure to share it with everyone through our website, social media, and email. You won’t miss it, we promise.
We believe steady, consistent work is what truly helps kids improve.
We’re not connected to any travel teams right now and we don’t have a specific program we refer families to.
In the past, we’ve had our own travel teams and worked with other programs, but we’ve decided to focus all of our time and energy on training and development. That’s what we do best and what we care most about.
No matter what team your child is on, we’re here to help them grow their skills and confidence through real development.
From 8-year-olds to PRO players, our training programs cater to players of all ages and skill levels.
Yes, we do. Coach Charlie knows firsthand how difficult finances can be. As a college athlete, he offered to clean the gym in exchange for training, and it made a lasting impact.
Each year, we select 1–2 players who receive basketball training in exchange for work opportunities. It’s a commitment that requires time, discipline, and responsibility.
As a small business, our resources are limited, but growing a scholarship fund is a long-term goal we’re committed to. If your family is in a tough spot, reach out and let’s talk.
Yes, absolutely. We’re grateful you're considering training with us while you're here.
If you’re only planning for your child to train once or twice, whether in group or individual sessions, our standard drop-in rate will apply.
If you’ll be in town longer and want your child to train more than two times during your stay, reach out to us. We offer a special travel rate for visiting families who plan to attend multiple sessions (more than 2 sessions) during their stay.
We’re a small business and love working with families who want to keep their kids improving, even on vacation. Reach out and we’ll find the best option for you.
Monthly Billing & Cancellations Section
Your monthly package starts on the day you purchase it and is valid for one full month.
For example, if you buy a package on June 7, it will be active until July 7. All sessions must be used by that date. On July 7, your package will automatically renew and your account will be charged for the next month.
Important:
You cannot book sessions past your billing date unless your package has renewed. So if your package expires on July 7, you won’t be able to book a session on July 8 until your payment goes through.
Please avoid trying to book ahead before your account is charged. This creates a double charge, and as a small business, we get hit with extra card fees.
Thanks for helping us keep things running smoothly.
Packages are commenced on the date of sign up and the package amount will be charged that date and every month following on the same recurring date. You will receive an emailed receipt for the billing period and the charge will appear on your bank or credit card statement.
Example - A package purchased August 5th will be automatically charged September 5th unless a proper 3-business-day cancelation notice is received.
Packages are subject to cancelation with a 3-business-day notice BEFORE the next billing cycle ONLY by email:info@processdrivenhoops.com. If you do not follow proper cancelation policy your account is subject to be charged - No exceptions.
To cancel your auto-pay, just send us an email with at least 3 business days’ notice before your next billing date. This gives us enough time to update your account and avoid being charged for the next month.
We understand things happen, maybe your card expired, was lost, or there was a bank issue. No worries. Just make sure to update your payment info on our secure system as soon as possible.
Our system will automatically attempt to charge your card twice. If both attempts fail, your account will show an outstanding balance, and you won’t be able to train or book sessions until it’s resolved.
As a small business, having updated payment info is really important. Failed payments not only interrupt your training but can also affect our merchant account and create extra fees for us. We're human too, and we know life happens, we just ask that communication stays clear and prompt so we can continue serving your family well.
If you’re having trouble updating your card or need help, just shoot us an email. We’re happy to help.
We get it - life happens. You can cancel a session up to 30 minutes before it starts without losing it. We believe that’s a fair and flexible window in today’s busy world.
If you cancel at least 30 minutes ahead, your session stays on your account and can be used another day.
If you don’t cancel at least 30 minutes ahead and don’t show up, the session will be marked as used and cannot be credited back.
However, if you had an emergency or a valid reason for missing the 30-minute window, please let us know. As long as you communicate with us, we’re usually happy to work with you and credit the session back. We just ask that you’re honest and respectful of the policy.
We don’t want your child to miss out. The more they’re here, the more they grow. Let’s work together to keep them on the court, getting better.
No, sessions do not roll over to the next month. We offer plenty of class times and flexibility within each billing cycle to help players use their sessions.
That said, we understand that life happens. If your child is sick, injured, or has a valid and legitimate reason for missing sessions, we’re happy to work with you and credit sessions when appropriate. Just reach out, we’re a small team, and we care.
We do not accept cash for training sessions. All payments must be made through our online system. This helps us keep track of your sessions, billing dates, and package details in one secure place. We appreciate your understanding and support of our process.
Group Training Section
Group training is Monday - Thursday @ 6:30, all year round.
*Please refer to our online calendar for any class cancellations, holidays etc*
We love that you're interested in seeing what we do. However, for liability and insurance reasons, we cannot allow anyone into the gym without a signed waiver and prior communication with us.
If you’d like to observe a session, just email us with the exact date you’d like to come. Once a waiver is signed and we’ve confirmed, we’ll be happy to welcome you in to watch.
Our group sessions are centered around film-based skill development. We take what the best players in the world do and break it down into teachable parts.
You can expect training focused on:
Each session has a specific theme or focus. We build sessions with purpose, detail, and intention while all in a fun and supportive environment.
Group sessions are open to players ages 8 (3rd grade) through 18/19 (high school seniors). We do not currently allow players younger than 8 or older than a current high school senior to participate in group sessions.
Each session may include a mix of ages, depending on who books that day. Some sessions may have mostly younger players, others may be more advanced. Regardless of age, every athlete will be challenged and supported.
Every session is carefully planned around a theme for the day, week, or month. Within that theme, we provide progressions and variations so that each player works at their level.
Everyone trains on the same core skills but is pushed in a way that makes sense for them. We’re focused on helping every player improve, no matter where they start.
At this time, our college summer group sessions are paused. If we reopen them, we’ll be sure to send out updates. Stay connected with us for future announcements.
Yes, we do have siblings group training packages for families who have more than one child wanting to train.
*The training package only allows for 2 children max.*
We don’t offer custom or private group sessions at this time. All of our group training takes place during scheduled class times throughout the week.
If you have a group of friends or teammates who want to train together, we encourage each family to sign up individually for the group package that fits best. Then, you can book the same group sessions that work for your schedules.
As a small business, keeping sessions organized and consistent helps us provide the best experience for everyone. Custom groups would make it harder for us to manage scheduling, communication, and the quality of training we’re committed to delivering.
Thanks for understanding and working with us to keep things running smoothly.
Our group sessions are flexible and designed to fit your schedule. When you purchase a monthly package (for example, 2x per week), you're given a set number of sessions for the month. So instead of being locked into specific days, you have the freedom to book any class you want until you've used all your sessions.
Example:
If you purchase a 2x per week package, that gives you 8 total sessions per month (based on your billing cycle). You can use them however you'd like, whether that's all in one week or spread out, as long as they're used before the month ends. We say “2x/week” to give parents a scheduling framework, but you’re free to book when it works best for you.
We recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred class times, as spots can fill up.

Now that you have joined our #ProcessFAMILY. Here are your next steps.
Watch this short video tutorial on how to book your sessions!
Download the WellnessLiving Achieve App for IOS and/or Google Play. It is super user friendly and easy to use. Book the training sessions that work best for you schedule. You can book the day before or book ahead - it is your choice! Booking is flexible, you are not restricted to a specific day(s).
Or continue through the Wellness Living Website and book sessions there!
No, we do not allow walk-ins. All players must be booked online in advance. This helps us keep a safe, organized training environment with proper player-to-coach ratios. We also require signed waivers before any player steps on the court for liability and insurance reasons.
Yes, maintaining a small player-to-coach ratio is crucial for us to provide high-quality instruction. Each session is limited to 8 players, ensuring personalized attention and effective learning experiences. By reserving your child's spot online, you help us maintain this standard and ensure a great experience for everyone.
Booking online also allows us to have an accurate record of the sessions remaining in your account. This removes any guesswork or uncertainty. Additionally, in case of any unforeseen circumstances, such as class cancellations, you will be able to see the accurate schedule for the week.
Please note that if you want to book ahead, you may do so, or simply book 1-2 days before the session.
Also, please remember that booking one time does not carry over for the rest of the month.
If there are no sessions showing online, that means there are no classes scheduled for that day or week. Sometimes the system may say "Class Cancelled," but even if it doesn’t, no listing means no session.
Our WellnessLiving calendar is the most accurate and up-to-date place to check our schedule. If a session isn't listed, it’s not happening, so please don’t show up, as no one will be there.
We recommend checking the calendar regularly to stay informed about any changes or updates.
If we cancel a session, you won’t lose it. Your session stays on your account, and you can simply book another available day that works for you.
While we don’t have formal “make-up” sessions, our flexible booking system allows you to choose from multiple class options throughout the week. If for some reason you weren’t able to get that session in, just let us know. We’ll do our best to accommodate and can usually credit the session to the following month.
We’re a small business and we truly appreciate your understanding. Communication goes a long way and we’re always here to help.
Injuries are part of the game, and we completely understand. Coach Charlie has dealt with many himself during his playing career, which is why we’ve created a special injured player curriculum designed to help athletes keep improving while recovering. This modified training focuses on safe, calculated work that avoids the injured area and builds up other parts of the game.
Sometimes, injury recovery can be a valuable opportunity to grow in new areas that are often overlooked.
Important:
This applies to common basketball-related injuries like sprains, fractures, or post-surgery recovery without open wounds. If the injury involves an open wound, risk of infection, or medical restrictions, please do not come to training. Always communicate with us first so we can figure out the best path forward.
We're here to support you, safely and smartly.
Individual Training Section
Individual sessions are manually scheduled by our staff. After we meet, discuss your goals, and decide on a training package, we’ll coordinate specific times and days via email.
Any scheduling changes or updates will also be communicated through email.
Individual training is a personalized and limited offering. That’s because we want to fully understand each player and family before moving forward. Also, we require a minimum 3-month commitment for individual monthly packages.
We take a deep and detailed approach that includes:
This approach ensures we give each player the time and attention they deserve.
We ask for a 3-month commitment because real development takes time. To truly help a player grow, we need at least 90 days to build habits, sharpen skills, and design a training plan that’s specific to their game and goals.
Individual training is personal. It’s more than just showing up for a workout. It’s about building a relationship with the player and the family, and creating a structure that’s consistent and effective.
We know private training is a financial investment, and because of that, we want to be just as invested in your child’s growth. That level of commitment allows us to deliver quality, intentional, and detailed training. Not just one-off sessions that lack structure or direction.
We do offer individual drop-ins when available, but it’s hard to create meaningful progress without consistency. As a small business, we can serve players best when there’s a shared commitment on both sides.
For us, this isn’t about money. It’s about giving every player the best chance to succeed and grow, both on and off the court. We believe in transparency and we don’t overload our schedule just to stay busy. We train with purpose, and we want every individual session to reflect that.
Individual sessions are designed for one player only. Even if your children are siblings, twins, or close in age and skill, we do not combine players in individual training.
That time is fully dedicated to one player’s development. Every athlete has different goals, strengths, and areas they need to improve. We believe combining players takes away from the purpose of an individual session and limits the level of detail and focus we can provide.
If you're looking for them to train together, we recommend exploring our group sessions, where players of all levels train with each other while still receiving individual attention.
